The filling and twisting are driven by servomotor. The human-machine interface, servomotor, reducer and PLC controller and vacuum pump are all imported. The lifting device saves the labour. The deviation of minced meat is no more than 2g, and that of meat block is no more than 5g. The dosing scope is 9g to 9999g. Direct filling dosing:ZKG-6500 direct filling capcity is 6500kg/h. The machine has the function of automatic twisting and is applicable for various natural casing, collagen casing and smoked casing. |
